Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
"Platform"
Refers to BNB Finder, including its website, mobile applications, and related services operated by BNB Finder Limited.
"User"
Any person who accesses or uses the Platform, including Guests and Hosts.
"Guest"
A User who books or intends to book Accommodation through the Platform.
"Host"
A User who lists and offers Accommodation for booking through the Platform.
"Accommodation"
Any property, room, or space listed on the Platform for short-term rental.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BNB Finder Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

Services Description
BNB Finder operates as a digital marketplace connecting Hosts with Guests for short-term accommodation rentals in Kenya. Our services include:
For Guests
Search, discover, and book verified premium accommodations across Kenya. We provide a secure platform for reservations and facilitate communication between parties.
For Hosts
List properties, manage bookings, and connect with quality guests. We provide tools for property management, pricing optimization, and visibility enhancement.
Important Clarification
BNB Finder is a marketplace platform and not a real estate broker, agent, or insurer. We do not own, sell, or manage properties. We facilitate connections between independent Hosts and Guests.
User Accounts
To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Responsibilities:
Security
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Verification
We may require identity verification for certain activities. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination.
Restrictions
You may not create multiple accounts, transfer your account to another person, or use another person's account without authorization.
Bookings & Reservations
When you make a booking through BNB Finder, you enter into a direct contract with the Host. BNB Finder acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the rental agreement.
Guest Responsibilities
- Read property descriptions and house rules carefully
- Respect check-in/check-out times
- Treat the property with care and respect
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by property and are set by individual Hosts. Please review the cancellation policy before booking.
Hosting Terms
Hosts are independent contractors and are solely responsible for their properties, pricing, and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations.
Host Requirements:

- Meet all tax obligations
Property Standards
- Maintain accurate property listings
- Provide clean and safe accommodations
- Respond to inquiries promptly
Important Notice for Hosts
Hosts are solely responsible for their interactions with Guests, the condition of their properties, and compliance with all applicable laws. BNB Finder does not insure properties or guarantee bookings.
Payments & Fees
BNB Finder operates on a host subscription model. Only hosts pay fees to list their properties on our platform. Guests do not pay any fees to BNB Finder.
For Guests
- No fees or commissions to BNB Finder
- Free to browse and discover properties
- Contact hosts directly through our platform
For Hosts
- Subscription fees to list properties
- Payment for visibility and promotion
- No booking commissions - keep all earnings
Payment Processing Note
BNB Finder does not process payments between guests and hosts. All financial arrangements are made directly between guests and hosts. Our subscription fees are for listing and visibility services only.

Users agree not to engage in prohibited activities while using the BNB Finder platform.

Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BNB Finder's liability is limited as follows:
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
BNB Finder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Maximum Liability
In no event shall BNB Finder's total liability exceed the amount of fees you have paid to BNB Finder in the six months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
Important Legal Notice
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in their entirety.
Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Platform. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
User Termination Rights
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support or using account deletion tools in your settings.
BNB Finder Termination Rights
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our Platform.
Notification
We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Acceptance of Changes
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
